In Rush on Tuesday 13th @ 7 p.m.
After a lot of hard work over the last number of years developing Camogie at juvenile level St. Maurs finally take the big step into the world of Adult Camogie .
Next Tuesday April 13th at 7 p.m. St Maurs host Naomh Mearnog in our first ever home match.
The panel is a great mix of youth and experience with a lot of players from last years U/16 squad who under the guidance of Amelia Gilligan reached the championship final and some experienced players like Aine McDonagh, Nicola Lowrey, Fiona Kennedy and Emma Fortune helping make up a very commited panel. Not to mention the "Rebelette's", Carmel and Janette who keep telling us about Cork and their tradition!!!!!
Great work has been done by Amelia Gilligan to get St. Maurs this far at Camogie.
Great credit must also go to Mick and Ann Harford and Maria McGeough and to club G.P.O. Colm Crowley and team Coach Peter Conway who have done a lot of work encouraging the players developing the ladies section.
All club members and supporters are asked to come up support the girls
